Brew 92 : Gulfikea

A small batch of an experimental beer. I used Omega Labs ‘Gulo’ yeast, the progeny of their Irish Ale and French Saison yeast, which permitted fermentation at the higher temperature that saison yeasts allow, but without any of the saison flavours, with a view to seeing if I could get it to attentuation down to brut ipa levels. That didn’t quite happen! Bottles only.
