After recently brewing Ekuamoz, a pale ale with Ekuanot and Mosaic hops, and Maquenque Macaw saison with Motueka hops, and having some Ekuamoz and Motueka hops left over, I decided a small, bottle-only brew using these hops was in order. Let’s welcome Ekuamot to the world. Tasting notes when I’ve cracked open a bottle once it’s carbonated.
