Rubus Vainilla (sic) is a raspberry and vanilla porter which got a big thumbs up by the Watsons Brewery Tester-in-Chief (the wife). Casks at the Chappel and Ipswich beer festivals, and bottles at Two Brews in Colchester and elsewhere. I’ve used the latin for raspberry and vanilla, the latter had a very interesting etymological background which opened untold options for a bottle label. But I decided best not to.
