Let me tell you, I found caramelising the sugar for this brew much harder than the brew itself. This 6.66% abv stout will be in keg at Two Brews in late July, and in bottles at about the same time. I found the image and liked it, and struggled to find a name, then decided to go for a literal approach, albeit not in English….
