I went into Mad Scientist mode with this one, experimenting with a new (small) unitank, with the intention of fermenting under pressure, which means that the beer also carbonated as it ferments (rather than carbonation happening after the fermentation is over). So a very limited edition beer – keg at Two Brews in Colchester on Friday 5th April 2019.
