Rochford Beer Festival wanted two brews, so alongside the Winter Warmer, I brewed them a cask of Black Otter, so that the good burghers and burghesses of Rochford could sample the beer that is currently atop the list of Watsons beers on untapped. More hops than before in the dry hopping stage, so this should be be hoppier than Mr Hoppy when he’s hopping mad.
