As the recent brew Rauch Rumble didn’t come out as smokey as I had hoped, I decided to have another go with a smoked ale, and went for a smoked red this time, using artisan smoked Red X Malt. This one is smokey. And rather delish. 4.3%abv. A small brew, so bottles only (Two Brews Colchester).
