Another cask only brew – casks of this hoppy American Stout will be appearing towards the end of June 2018. 5.8%abv. I’m doing a number of cask only brews, but also doing some small batches of bottle only brews. These bottle only brews will mean I can produce some higher abv beers than I have to date, without worrying about finding a home for them in cask (even real ale pubs can baulk at >5%abv casks).
