After trying my hand with a Brown Ale with Bravo Delta a few weeks ago, I decided to brew a Scotch Ale. The two recipes are quite close, but the relatively small differences make this a much darker, richer beer.
One cask went on at the Colchester CAMRA beer festival at the end of May/early June and got some great feedback. Another cask will be on at The Victoria Inn in June, and bottles will be at Two Brews on Crouch Street in Colchester and elsewhere in early June. The first in an Asgardian series, perhaps.
