Another single hop pale ale, this time using Simcoe hops. 5.1% abv and if you want to sample it you have two options :
- Option 1 The First : go to the Chappel Winter Beer Festival on 2nd/3rd March and have some on cask
- Option 2 The Second : make a strong case for an invite to the brewhouse as the few bottles I have won’t be leaving the premises as they are for quality control purposes and not for sale
