I thought I’d complement the January 2018 brew of Black Otter with a brew using the same recipe, excluding the one dark grain that turns it black, replacing those grains with the same weight of more Maris Otter pale ale. So I suppose that makes it a white BIPA.
Unfined as ever, so hazy, and bottles are of course bottle conditioned.
Available in cask at the Colchester Winter Beer Festival 2018 and Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival 2018, and in bottles (Two Brews on Crouch Street and maybe elsewhere across the county or even into Suffolk if I get my ass into gear).
