Brew 3 : Baltic Porter

Brewed with lots of Munich malt, and five other malts, each of which imparted their own characteristics to the beer. Saaz hops gave this dark beer and extra dimension to the flavour. Fermented at only 12c, using and Oktoberfest lager yeast, this complex, fruity beer was available at Two Brews in Crouch Street, but has now passed into legend, with just a couple of nice comments from guys who evidently kept the bottles (as recommended) for several months before drinking it :
