May 2023, and that meant CAMRA Mild Month, and Colchester and NE Essex CAMRA had a beer festibble at the end of the month, so that led to my brewing Karas Buizza. A robust 7.4% abv mild, with plenty of body and flavour.
Just the single cask (and some bottles to keep me and my good lady wife in beer during the summer).
