I thought to myself, by ‘eck, it’s t’Chappel Winter Beer Fest coming soon, should I offer them a cask? ‘Appen a would, I thought to myself. Citra and Cascade hops for taste and aroma (incl dry hopping obvs) and Challenger hops for bittering. Lots of them. 4.5%abv. One cask off to t’festival, and as to t’other two, one off to t’British Grenadier and t’other off to t’Victoria Inn. Reet gradely.
