This stronger smoked porter went down well in bottles and at the South Woodham Ferrers beer festival last year, so I brewed it again for the Colchester CAMRA Winter Beer festival in late January 2023. 6.2%abv this time round. Beech smoked malt gives a gentle smoky backbone to the beer.
