Brewed April 2022 at a stronger abv than the previous view, on account of having a request for a strong dark beer from the nice people at the South Benfleet Sport and Social Club, for the first of their two annual beer fests. Commemorating Cnut (aka Canute) and his victory at The Battle of Assundun in Essex in 1016 (let’s say no more about the stopping the waves thing).
