A new beer, first brewed as Brew 119 in the summer of 2021. Not to be confused with the robust annual vintage old ales that I brew, ‘Kraken’ old ale is an altogether less chewy old ale. Compared to those strong beers, this is more of your session ale, at 5.5%abv. Well, it’s a session beer for me, as I do like a bit of heft with my beer (especially as I don’t drink that much these days). You’ll find bottles in the online shop whilst stocks last, until I brew it again.
