Following on from last year’s ‘Samambaia’ mocha milk stout – a coffee porter with a touch of rye to give it that little extra something.
I thought I’d complement the brew of Black Otter with a brew using the same recipe, excluding the one dark grain that turns it black. So a White Black IPA I suppose.
For the first of two brews in January I’m brewing Black Otter again. Destined for bottles and casks (Colchester Winter Beer Festival and Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival seeing as you ask).
