I decided that it was time for another in the Asgardian series. XEROPHUX is an imperial stout. You can see from the label he’s a dude with attitude, and this became obvious as he sat in the fermenter fermenting away much longer than your normal beers.
More hops than before in the dry hopping stage, so this should be be hoppier than Mr Hoppy when he’s hopping mad.

A re-brew of last year’s Amarazaka American Pale Ale, hopped with Amarillo and Azacca hops, but with a slightly different schedule for the hopping and dry hopping.
This one is smokey. And rather delish. 5.4%abv. Bottle only.

A Double Dry Hopped Triple IPA. Hops in question are of the singular variety and that variety is Mosaic.
