Brew 30 : Samambaia

A mocha milk stout : cacao nibs, freshly ground coffee from Mundo Novo/Topazio beans from Fazenda Samambaia, via Coffee Officiana and Two Brews craft beer/coffee shop in Colchester. Lactose for a touch of sweetness.

I decided to call it ‘Samambaia’ as I thought that the recent brew ‘Amarazaka’ rolled off the tongue way too easily.

In casks at the end of October/early November, with The Victoria Inn and The New Inn in Colchester pencilled in already, and bottles at Two Brews on Crouch Street, Colchester.
